I was driving behind this car when I notice that hmmm this car is rather strange. The windows are very reflective/tinted so much so you can’t look in, and even more intriguing, the license plate.. wait - there is no license plate apparently. Just a white plate with the word “MJ” on it in red. Hmmm. Even the government and military ones I know are more official looking ones like S1, MID38 and all that. As a Military Policeman in my NS days I have seen quite a few ’special’ vehicles but none with plates like that.

Any clue?
