Don’t know why I keep experiencing fucked up service these days. First m1, then now choc.a.bloc.

Called them today since I didn’t hear from anyone since I submitted an online order a day or so back. The lady who picked up the phone was super rude. She said that they won’t do the order because they will be closed on Monday and Tuesday. She just couldn’t wait to end the call, so she just hung up. I replied to the DIRECTOR Mr Jon Sim - and expressed my disappointment. Don’t think he’d reply, but if he does, I’d update this.

It’s obvious that after appearing on HDB Tai Tai and probably by word of mouth, success has gone to their head, and well - no need to give them any more business ok? They have more than enough.
