It died on me today.

And along with it, more than 1 year’s worth of data - project timelines, proposals, email and other documents. Waiting for IT to tell me what I can recover.

So anyway I took the chance to ask for another computer - how about a macbook pro? I have seen quite a few in the office using one already, and well, guess what - permission denied. Ok, so perhaps at least a laptop, so I can like work at home or basically be more mobile and no more using my own laptop for presentations and such? Nope. Cannot too. Looks like I’d be getting a.. second hand computer. A desktop.

Fucking shit really if you ask me. I just want a good work tool to work with. Is it that unreasonable?

Really bad luck lately! Car problems, lost my credit card, office pc crashed, what’s next?
